To get a work on a lethyan ship you have to have the lethyan seaman card, which you only can get here in this school. In one orhan a man, or woman, learn to be a seaman. It is a very hard orhan and they are not finished after that, they have to make the test and if they fail they have to make one more orhan if they want to be seamen. It is possible to make the test without the hard orhan but if failed you have to make one orhans training.
