Between Sardy Mahis (55) and the elftown pier (60) there is an open area, where some workers are building small and average sized watervessels of good quality. There are only lethysians (no jameri) working here and they all work for Memiak, who always has a lot of paperwork to do in this building, where he has his office. He is the father of all new models of averagesized ships in town. It takes the double normal time to make the ships here but they are of very good quality and many fishermen from Lethys know this as the most of them use ships made here. It is possible to get magic (elementals) with the ships.
