Misguiding in the name of SHIA SUNNI unity

Islam teaches us that "la ilaha illallah Muhammed ur rasoolulah " there is only one God who is the origin and creator of the universe.and prophet Muhammed (PBUH) is his messenger . This is the foundation stone of Islam,

By this islam propogates that there is only One God for all humans since the time of Adam (may Allah be pleased with him.), Islam promotes the sense of brotherhood and equality among fellow humans.

Islam is a religion of peace,it trains its followers to respect the rights of others and emphasizes on the duties one has over others, thereby promoting peace.

The Prophet Muhammed sal. in many instances has emphasized the importance of peace and unity between brothers.

Bukhari 1.12 Narrated Anas

The Prophet said, "None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself."

Al Qudsi 20

The gates of Paradise will be opened on Mondays and on Thursdays, and every servant [of Allah] who associates nothing with Allah will be forgiven, except for the man who has a grudge against his brother. [About them] it will be said: Delay these two until they are reconciled; delay these two until they are reconciled.

So being a muslim, does not just mean reading the Quran making salat knowing the kalmia ,paying zakat and going to Al-hajj .It means staying united and at peace with our brothers .The Shia's a no different , they are our brothers in Islam.

The centuries old Shia Sunni differences are a major obstacle to Muslim unity The enemies of Islam only sit back and enjoy at our differences and the foolish way in which we call our own brothers our foes and kill them instead of sharing and being united with them and spreading the beautiful message of Islam, and setting an example for the Kafirs to follow.

Both Shia and Sunni have many things in common.

1. They both believe in One God (Allah),and follow the same Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as the last Prophet,

2. They both offer five daily prescribed prayers,

3. They observe the prescribed fast in the holy month of Ramadan,

4. They both go to Makkah and medina for performing the pilgrimage

5. They read the same holy Quran and pay Zakat

When we can accept the differences in ideas between the other 4 madhabs why cant we consider Shias as our own.We as muslims mustn be prejiduced and we must stand united and set an example for the rest of the kafirs rather than be a reason to be pointed at laughed.we have to stand united to fight against the atrocities being committed against our own brothes in Palestine, Lebanon, Iran and Iraq and many many more places all over the world rather than fighting amongst ourselves.

Al tirmidhi 56 Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr

Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: There will befall my Ummah exactly (all those) evils which befell the people of Isra'il, so much so that if there was one amongst them who openly committed fornication with his mother there will be among my Ummah one who will do that, and if the people of Isra'il were fragmented into seventy-two sects my Ummah will be fragmented into seventy-three sects. All of them will be in Hell Fire except one sect. They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, which is that? Whereupon he said: It is one to which I and my companions belong.

Lets all realize our mistake and belong to the one sect that goes to heaven. and the ignorant who still cant follow the beautiful rules of islam and remain at peace with his own brother and who goes astray inspite of being given knowledge be on the path to hell.

NOTE : when it is said Shias those people who keep the beliefs that are Against Fundamentals of Deen .and those set of beliefs which Ulema e Ahle Sunnat have classified as KUFR ..

before we Address this Anti Shia Sunni unity view ,

Stating a view against this kind of thought does not in anyway mean, take a weapon and start killing or Hating . but yes HATE that set of beliefs. if a person is really concerned about ISLAM , there should be no reservations in Accepting the facts when appropriate reasoning is presented.

when a person is stubborn and wants to be on the same misguided path and yet wants to be united !!! this unity did not work with Imam Hussein Raziallhutalanhu and will never work , it is bound to fail at the critical point.

First addressing the reasoning of common things in SHIA and Sunni ..

All those common points exists even in Qadiyanis as well - why are they not brothers then ?

what comes in my mind is . the drive to Achieve unity is because since 1000 odd years the population of Shia has increased a lot and adding them to Muslims will add to head count and We can be strong against our enemies.

IF this is the reason - we are not uniting for the sake of Allah ,but for the sake of some worldly VICTORY

If we are uniting for the sake of Allah then how can we unite on the thing which is KUFR i.e out of ISLAM and if out of ISLAM then where is the question of brothers !!!!

When we can accept the differences in ideas between the other 4 madhabs why cant we consider Shias as our own.

We only observe Taqleed in matters of fiqh, not in our Aqeedah. The unity of Allah, the finality of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) and the Day of Judgement etc – are matters of Aqeedah so they are not concerned with Taqleed.

4 Madhazbs do not differ on matters of Aqeeda

Imam Maalik said: “Whoever accuses her goes against the Qur’aan, and whoever goes against the Qur’aan should be killed.”

Imam al-Nawawi, may Allaah have mercy on him, said: “‘Aa’ishah’s innocence of that of which she was accused is stated definitively in the Qur’aan. If anyone doubts that (may Allah protect us from such a thing), he becomes a kaafir and an apostate, by the consensus of the Muslims.”

Al-Haafiz ibn Katheer said, in his Tafseer: ” The scholars, may Allah have mercy on them, all agreed that whoever accuses or slanders her after the revelation of this aayah is a kaafir, because he has rejected the Qur’aan.”

Al-Haafiz ibn Katheer, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “I.e., Allah would not have made ‘Aa’ishah the wife of the Messenger of Allah (Peace & Blessings of Allaah be upon Him) if she had not been good, because he is better than any good person. If she had been bad, she would not have been fit to marry him from a shar‘i point of view, and Allah would never even have decreed it..”

Imaam al-Qurtubi said, in his Tafseer of the aayah “Allaah forbids you from it [slander] and warns you not to repeat the like of it forever, if you are believers.” [al-Noor 24:17]”:

“This is concerning ‘Aa’ishah . . . because of the hurt and offence that the Messenger of Allah (Peace & Blessings of Allaah be upon Him) felt with regard to his honour and his family. This is kufr on the part of the one who does it.”

What does Shias leader say about this ?

Question 50: Is it permissible to curse some of the Mothers of the Believers, such as lady Aisha for her disobedience of the Prophet, declaring war upon the Imam of her time, and showing enmity towards Amir al-Mu’minin Ali ibn Abi Talib, either (cursing her) explicitly with her name or implicitly?

الجواب : يجوز لعن كلّ من أعلن العداء لأميرالمؤمنين أو الزهراء أو الأئمة(عليهم السلام)فكيف بمن ظلمهم وحاربهم إلاّ مع خوف تلف النفس وقد ورد أنّ الإمام الصادق (عليه السلام) كان يلعن ثمانية بعد كلّ صلاته (أربعة من الرجال وأربعة من النساء ) .

Answer: It is permissible to curse all those who showed enmity towards Amir al-Mu’minin (Ali), al-Zahra, or the Imams. And why not after the oppression (they faced) and the fighting against them? Except (do not curse them) if there is fear of being harmed. And it is also mentioned that Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) used to curse eight (of them) after all his prayers.

سؤال 51 : أحببت السؤال عن مقطع اللعن الوارد في زيارة عاشوراء وأخص بالذكر هنا لعن الأوّل (أبي بكر ) والثاني ( عمر ) والثالث ( عثمان ) هل هو جزء من الزيارة وقد ورد عن المعصوم(عليه السلام) ؟ أم أنه خارج عنها ولم يرد على لسانه (عليه السلام) ؟ وهل كان الأئمة من آل البيت(عليهم السلام)يجيزون اللعن الثلاثة ويعتبرونه أمراً يثاب المرء عليه ؟

Question 51: My Habibi, my question is regarding the cursing that is found in the Dua’s of the Ziyarat of Ashura, and I talk in particular about the cursing of: the First (Abu Bakr), the Second (Umar), the Third (Uthman). Is it part of the Ziyarat and has it been reported by the Infallible (a.s)? Or has it been rejected? And did the Imams from Ahl al-Bayt allow the cursing of these three and did they say the person who does it is rewarded?

الجواب : نعم اللعن جزء من زيارة عاشوراء ويكرر مئة مرّة وقد صدر اللعن من الأئمة (عليهم السلام) وليس لعن الظالمين مختصاً بزيارة عاشوراء ، بل الروايات في ذلك متواترة . نعم لابدّ أن يكون اللعن غير مناف للتقية.

Answer: Yes, cursing is permissible in the Ziyarat of Ashura. Repeat it hundreds of times. It has been reported that the Imams cursed and this was not just the cursing of the oppressors of Ashura, but repeatedly (others as well). And this is found in a lot of similar Hadiths. And yes, the cursing must not be done in a matter to reveal the Taqiyyah.

SO by reading the above fatwas from either side it must be clear that both go in opposite direction

Shias discourage Mutah but do not consider it prohibited. Some do abuse this.

2. “For every shower you take after doing Mutah, you will be blessed. For every Mutah you do, you will get a lot of reward.”

و بهذا الإسناد عن أحمد بن محمد عن موسى بن علي بن محمد الهمداني عن رجل سماه عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال : ما من رجل تمتع ثم اغتسل إلا خلق الله من كل قطرة تقطر منه سبعين ملكا يستغفرون له إلى يوم القيامة و يلعنون متجنبها إلى أن تقوم الساعة و هذا قليل من كثير في هذا المعنى

3. “It is blame-worthy to avoid doing Mutah because it is part of the Sunnah to engage in Mutah.”

و بالإسناد عن ابن عيسى عن ابن الحجاج عن العلاء عن محمد بن مسلم عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) أنه قال لي : تمتعت قلت لا قال لا تخرج من الدنيا حتى تحيي السنة

4. “A man may have Mutah with one thousand women.”

و عن أبي بصير أنه ذكر للصادق (عليه السلام) : المتعة هل هي من الأربع فقال تزوج منهن ألفا

5. A woman who lets a man do Mutah with her will have all her sins pardoned. It is narrated by Imam Baqir that the Prophet said, “When I was being taken to Heaven during the Miraj (ascension), Jibraeel met me and told me, ‘O Muhammad, Allah has promised to forgive all the sins of those women who practise Mutah.’”

و بهذا الإسناد عن أحمد بن علي كذا عن الباقر (عليه السلام) قال : قال رسول الله (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) لما أسري بي إلى السماء لحقني جبرئيل فقال يا محمد إن الله عز و جل يقول إني قد غفرت للمتمتعين من النساء

6. “Punishment for Not Performing Mutah: The people who do Mutah are blessed but those who avoid Mutah are cursed until the Day of Judgement.”

و بهذا الإسناد عن أحمد بن محمد عن موسى بن علي بن محمد الهمداني عن رجل سماه عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال : ما من رجل تمتع ثم اغتسل إلا خلق الله من كل قطرة تقطر منه سبعين ملكا يستغفرون له إلى يوم القيامة و يلعنون متجنبها إلى أن تقوم الساعة و هذا قليل من كثير في هذا المعنى

8. “Allah the Exalted and Majestic forbids intoxicants to the Shia; Mutah is the compensation for this.”

- و بهذا الإسناد عن أحمد بن محمد بن الحسن عن موسى بن سعدان عن عبد الله بن القاسم عن عبد الله بن سنان عن الصادق (عليه السلام) قال : إن الله عز و جل حرم على شيعتنا المسكر من كل شراب و عوضهم عن ذلك المتعة

9. The Messenger of Allah said, “When he took me to the skies, Jibraeel (a.s) said : ‘O Muhammad, Allah Almighty said: Amongst the women, I will forgive those who make Mutah twice.’”

و بهذا الإسناد عن أحمد بن علي كذا عن الباقر (عليه السلام) قال : قال رسول الله (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) لما أسري بي إلى السماء لحقني جبرئيل فقال يا محمد إن الله عز و جل يقول إني قد غفرت للمتمتعين من النساء .

15. Imam Abu Abdullah (a.s) said: “There is no Mutah without two matters defined: time and named wage.”

و بالإسناد عن أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى رواه عن ابن محبوب عن جميل بن دراج عمن رواه عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) : قال لا يكون متعة إلا بأمرين أجل مسمى و أجر مسمى .

Nahjul Balagha, Sermon 126:

“With regard to me, two categories of people will be ruined, namely he who loves me too much and the love takes him away from rightfulness, and he who hates me too much and the hatred takes him away from rightfulness. The best man with regard to me is he who is on the middle course. So be with him and be with the great majority of Muslims because Allah’s hand of protection is on keeping unity. You should beware of division because the one isolated from the group is a prey to Satan just as the one isolated from the flock of sheep is a prey to the wolf. Beware! Whoever calls to this course [of sectarianism], kill him, even though he may be under this headband of mine.”

why is Maula Ali not promoting unity and asking us to shake hands with THOSE UNDER HEADBAND OF HIS NAME

SO here we are getting news if SECTS that will be created ...

DO we see here prophet peace be upon him saying .. there will be 73 sects but YOU be united ?? NO

what is said is

ALL of them will be in HELL FIRE except one sect !!!

When prophet peace be upon him warns of HELL fire if we follow any one except that ONE SECT how can any reasoning over ride this warning?

And who is that one SECT ?

It is one to which I and my companions belong..

and here people are Abusing Companions accusing them of KUFR and MUNAFIQAT nauzubillah

and we are advised by recent few to be united with them .. will we agree to be united with all when they will be in HELL FIRE !!
