These people have to varying degrees, tried to blame their own incompetence on the very company they are representing, and I have unfortunately bought into. They are here not because they failed to resolve the issue but because they were so rude, uncaring and purposefully inept to understand and empathise in what I was clearly explaining to them over and over again repeatedly. These are among the worst "care" agents imaginable the world over. If you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with them yourself, immediately go above and insist of a competent manager before even engaging further.

HTC's Decent Side
Not everything is totally bad. One small bit of good news is Istvan Csizi. Followed up the initial complaint after receiving the phone back still defective the first time. Called me, explained and apologies. Although he persuaded me to send my device again for a SECOND time with specific assurances of a new battery to be fitted and an escalated and sped up turnaround, none of these assurances materialised and I was again returned a defective devices for a SECOND time after waiting weeks. Far longer than the first time. However, I am happy to give Istvan the benefit of the doubt and presume that he did his best to achieve his assurances. Perhaps the continued and further failures were out of his hands. He did offer a far greater level of customer service than anyone else at HTC UK Care. Coincidently he found himself answering another of my communications to HTC UK regarding this same issue but showed no knowledge of dealing with me before (or he pretended not to). Another one to be extremely weary is Regenersis PLC (addressed at Hinchingbrooke Business Park, 1 Kingfisher Way, Huntingdon PE29 6FN). They are HTC's used repair service for their phones. They failed to even investigate a clearly defined and specified fault not ONCE but TWICE! Further more HTC UK Care team's only ever proposed resolve was for me to send it back to the very same repair centre for a THIRD time! That was after them failing at something very simple a previous two times. They were to be trusted to "build" a new phone from spare parts! They couldn't even substantiate a clearly defined simple fault twice beforehand.
Now, I can understand some of those above may not appreciate their name being mentioned. However this is not for their benefit and the information is publicly available and was accompanied with with a declaration stating that the person worked for WDS, Xerox and/or HTC.. It is for the benefit of member's of the public whom have bought a HTC product and have the unfortunate need to communicate with you to resolve a problem. You were rude, dismissive and void of any empathy despite being informed of your behaviour repeatedly. However, if you would like this information removed then please get your superior to contact me directly (at the listed email address here only) and explain the reason(s) you behaved in the professional capacity in which you have. Your superiors will have to make good where you went wrong.
