In this day and age electronic communications are legitimate. However the power of a physical complaint letter I believe says more about the severity than a mere email can. I had a feeling that the CEO of HTC Cher Wang might be very interested to find out how her UK care team had been treating a good customer of her's. To date the letter has not been acknowledged and no account or reference has come about as a result of the letter. Either Cher Wang simply threw it in the bin or there was indeed some diligence involved and someone was instructed to resolve the issues at hand (that hasn't obviously taken effect yet or that person was tricked by local representatives). My optimistic side believes she was truly shocked by my treatment did instruct a resolve. There should always be some positivity from all sides in resolving issues. And I would like to reiterate that if she truly investigated she wouldn't let this carry on for one moment longer.
As a result of posting on their facebook page the discussion then moved up to a direct emails system and that thread can be found via this site's Emails page. Giving HTC UK every reasonable opportunity to see sense and resolve this, I even contacted them via their social media channels. These undertakings can be viewed on this site's Social page.
The letter below was written quite early on in this mess. Trust in HTC's UK care department deteriorated drastically in the weeks after sending this letter. Needless to say it did not have an effect at all from what I can notice. The contempt from her company's representatives worsened.
If you have a problem viewing this below frame. The letter is found through this link.
There will be another letter to the CEO. It is in the works and I will publish it here in due course along with any updates.
