We're in a whole New Year and I am still dealing with the fallout of HTC's customer service.
Happy to report that HTC (WDS/Xerox) are slowly turning things around in completing the three point recovery list to make good this mess. As previously stated I am finally in possession of a working phone. Now on January the 8th 2016 HTC have acknowledge and apologised for the treatment and fallout in dealing with this very simple issue to begin with. Good.
However, I am still waiting on one small but critical point in recovering this whole situation. Compensation! As Ryan Fox made clear in his message to me on the 4th of November 2015, he wanted to know from me what it would take to resolve this matter fully.

I responded immediately with three very simple points that must be completed in resolving this matter fully.
Compensation to the amount stipulated. HTC have been made aware of the account details to which said compensation amount must be deposited into.
HTC be warned that this is a compensation amount I calculated for 2015. Seeing this is now continuing into a whole new Year (2016), I am within reason to increase this amount. If I have to contact you again regarding this I will increase the amount required to make good my time and work in resolving this.
Once all three aspects have been completed, I see no further need for this website.
