This should be your first point of call. You shouldn't really be contacting anyone on this page before giving them a chance first.
Somewhere up HTC hierarchy they like to present a shiny image to their unsuspecting customers knowing full-well that they will be totally fine giving one sided ultimatums in their private messages to you.
Being open and transparent to them over social media for all to see is a real great way to make them understand their failings.
If they do not take their issues seriously or are failing to heed your valid points post it all on their facebook page.

Sending a direct letter is for many the way to get your point across to the person who is in end effect the person in charge and responsible.
I have contacted all the contacts below. So are no longer active and I received a failed message delivery report. I have stricken these through. Others have their email address forwarding to another (spelt with lower cases). These have had the wrongly formatted email address stricken through. The old email addresses that did not pose a problem have been highlighted in bold below.
