As HTC express their discomfort (see: Are HTC trying to hide the truth from you?) with this small but truthful site, I receive a brand new factory sealed HTC One M9 - 32GB Gold Silver phone. This came to me easily promised by Ryan Fox a HTC Escalations Manager. Seems that this site has gone some way in making not least WDS/Xerox by HTC accountable for their huge incompetence in dealing with my simple documented case. You can note the involvement of Monica Chiang a Senior Escalation Manager at HTC in the order page at Expansys (HTC retail partner). It's funny to see their senior escalations manager at HTC actually get involved as it's something their WDS/Xerox representatives namely Kenneth Stople, flat out refused to engage instead choosing to aggravate an already precarious position for them.
This is all a welcome turnaround in HTC's unfaltering incompetence. However, HTC have riled this simple situation to such severity that it has cost me incalculable hours and grievance. Holding out this long to only give a resolve that should have happened at the first point in them being made aware of their own repeated failures. HTC are still very far from resolving this completely and to my satisfaction. There is still a more than just requirement for compensation and a good and proper apology for their conduct. See the resolve page above where I have clearly stated what is required for HTC to resolve this fully and make the situation good again.
