Well well well... The tables have turned! Seemingly as a result of this website something has clicked in HTC heads.
If it was one of the many employees that must have been becoming aware of the disgraceful situation, whom stepped in and got this change in stance to effect. Or perhaps they simply became aware of just how bad this all had become.
The site continues to increase in popularity and I am receiving ever more messages of support from many other wronged HTC customer service victims. The resounding message I get from them is, not to give in.
The message has two points. That they would like to understand what it takes to resolve this. Also, and this is rather disappointing, they want gone with this website.

As I feel a great desire to resolve this for myself. I also feel a great responsible to make my fellow consumers aware of this terrible service heartlessly dished out by WDS an Xerox company on behalf of HTC.
The most I could ask anyone afflicted by this company as I have, is to read through everything on this site and to go further and tweet this message. People need to know what they are potentially getting themselves into. I really hope WDS, Xerox and HTC change their ways because I loved my phone actually.
