Below you will see the most prolific message exchange with HTC UK Care. It includes a number of incompetent representatives of their UK "care" team. There have been a number of communication threads before and then immediately after this. This thread however contains the same incompetence and tone of the other threads.
The below communications form the bulk of tiresome interactions. As a result of posting on their facebook page the discussion then moved up to a direct emails system and that thread can be found via this site's Emails page. There is also another avenue that I attempted and that was a letter to the CEO of HTC, that can be read on the Letters page. Giving HTC UK every reasonable opportunity to see sense and resolve this, I even contacted them via their social media channels. These undertakings can be viewed on this site's Social page.
Please excuse any typos or spelling mistakes. Many of these messages I have had to send from this defective device and have had to do it before the battery cuts off again. Many of these represetnatives proven to be the worst professionals I've ever dealt with. One of which single handedly made this personally so much worse.
