Taking a quick look on twitter you will find a great many HTC customer also experiencing terrible customer service at the same hands of HTC that I have.
After one short twitter exchange I found another person who had communicated with Istvan Csizi via HTC's online chat function.
It turns out that this person told Istvan Csizi about this very website and his appearance on it (can be found at the Representatives page). Istvan Csizi's response was not positive even though I only mentioned him in a positive light. He said that, "he was aware of the site and had visited it", here. Also that, "he was not happy".
This latest reaction had come to me from this tweet. (screenshot to the right)
I find it amusing that Istvan Csizi is not happy with the result of him appearing in an official capacity on this blog after I have been treated so appallingly by his company and directly by his team. The nuisance and disturbance that has come about from their incompetence and ineptitude and the subsequent denial to make good their mistakes leaves me Not Happy at all, Not Happy.
