They handle HTC's customer service and have offices in various locations. Namely in Bournemouth of the United Kingdom (Alder Hills Industrial Estate, 16 Alder Hills Parkstone, Poole, Dorset BH12 4AR and WDS House, Marshes End, Upton Rd, Poole BH17 7AG). Xerox are also addressed in Tilburg of the Netherlands (Stationsstraat 20, 5038 ED Tilburg, Netherlands) But have an office in London too (Enterprise Solutions ACS United Kingdom, 160 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4AN).
The gist of this update is that WDS and/or Xerox have become aware of this website and the issues it brings for these companies including HTC.
With the analytical data we are able to see that they've had a good look at this site. Over one hour and forty minutes worth of embarrassed reading. Total time amounted to The visits stem from their web mail server which means, the news of this website has come to them via an internal communication.
The majority of the site visits come from their Tilburg address. However these could have been through an Xerox network (VPN) and actually could have stemmed from their Bournemouth offices.

The viewing computers were mainly Windows based operating systems with language set to English US (instead of expected GB), using Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. But there was also a view from a London located iPhone too.
This information confirms that WDS and Xerox know about this site and that they have viewed the information within. Knowing this they cannot be excused of ignorance to the facts. It will mean the will have to answer for the issues raised. Inaction will only look worse for them.
