Yesterday I tweeted a link to this website along with the simple statement that a resolve is still sought.
Their reply was simple and positive and can be seen here: https://twitter.com/HTCHelp/status/661943236857085953.
I now am feeling hopeful again that someone at HTC has taken notice and is working over and above some people to get this resolved to the benefit of all.
Hopefully this will lead to an end. If however it is mere talk with no action or further nonsense, I will be sure to let you all know here. I will also be sure to let HTC know too.
