This is a new part to this website and has been suggested many times in contact enquiries to me by other hard done by HTC customers. It's purpose is to serve as an outlet for anyone with experience of HTC's after sales service mainly in the UK but not limited to the UK. I know that HTC are monitoring this website. This may then assist you in resolving their problems.
