So after HTC's (WDS/Xerox's) begrudged steps of progress towards resolving this mess entirely of their creating, I receive a very nice but disappointing letter from a Bruce Swan the present Head of HTC Customer Service today by DHL tracked delivery!
Well Bruce. Your man Ryan Fox emailed me (on the 4th of November 2015) and asked ME what it would take to resolve this. I replied in goodwill promptly and honestly providing three very reasonable steps all well within HTC's means, that must be completed to resolve this, addressing all my concerns as requested by your Ryan Fox (These and the current case statues can be seen at any time to the top of this page here.).
Three clear and totally reasonable points for HTC to reach a completed resolution.
At this point I would like to make it clear to HTC or anyone handling this on their behalf that every single word of this make and that that I have posted on the issue is the complete truth and factual. Nothing has been hidden or manipulated. Furthermore, the information on their staff (if they are still their staff) is totally in the public domain and can be found easily with a mere google search. It is the staff who actually made a point themselves on those pages that they are representatives of HTC. There is nothing untoward with any aspect of this site. The images displayed on this site of them are not hosted here but instead in their own (owner's) domain.
Bruce, it would be more appropriate for yourself and HTC to actually thank me meaningfully for this site. I am after all assisting many of yours customers where HTC's own customer service channels failed (with the help of WDS/Xerox). This site is providing a means for your customers to reach out to you and help you solve your issues. This whole issue with HTC has been going on longer than you yourself have been with the company (started in June 2015). You seem to be contradicting your own customer service selling points:
Thanks again for the letter. Somehow, I am not surprised by your resistance to resolving this. Unfortunately I have become used to this kind of message from your history in dealing with your phone's very simple battery issue. Thankfully, I hadn't just took the slap in the face your Kenneth Stople and hand full of other staff tried to give me and my valid grievance with HTC's actions/inactions.
This above is my response to Bruce Swan's letter dated 11th of January 2016. Out of general courtesy I will be sending a link to this post to Bruce_Swan@htc.com (email address formulated from other HTC email addresses) and carbon copying Ryan Fox into it also.
