Women's Fellowship

The mission of this group is simple:
If they see a need in the church or the community, they try to fill it by giving of their time, talent or financial resources. Women’s Fellowship sends flowers to those in the hospital. They also send cards for illness, sympathy, new baby, and “thinking of you.” They assist with church events, such as the Hanging of the Greens and raising money for the various needs of the church, such as what was done to help raise awareness and funds for the renovation and updating to the church kitchen in 2015. The group also gives money to charitable organizations and schools in the community and the world. It could be said that Women’s Fellowship is the “heart” of the church.

Active Members of Women's Fellowship are Karen LaBorde, Chris Dempsey,
Mary Beth Bossert, Becky Gratz, Jody Harrell, Marilyn Ward, Dellora Vogt,

Reverse Advent Calendar -- Sharing Our Blessings 2023

All year long our goal as Christians is to think of others!  As the Advent season is quickly approaching, we are truly drawn to the gift of Jesus and how we can share our blessings with others even more.  Last year’s Reverse Advent giving was a huge success, with the Oshkosh community participating as well.  The need is great, let’s make this year even better!

Some of you may not be aware of what the Reverse Advent Calendar is. For a set time, we will ask you to purchase designated items for the listed charities. We ask that you bring these items to church, and they will be distributed before Christmas.

We will kick off the donation time starting Sunday November 20th and closing on Sunday December 11. We chose four charities to purchase their most needed and wanted items. If it is a better option for you, monetary gifts will be equally divided between the four. Please make out checks to Women’s Fellowship with Reverse Advent Calendar in the memo line.
