New "Couch to 5k" course

At Up & Coming Runners, our Monday session, we aim to help people start running, keep running, reach personal goals & have fun along the way. On Monday 2nd February @ 6.30pm, we are starting a new 8 week "Couch to 5k" program. It's open to both men & women and we aim to get you walking, jogging & running at your own pace. Whatever your ability, you're welcome. No experience is necessary, so if running has only ever been a dream, come along & give us a go.
