On Thursday, 5th September 2013, our Club Night (6.45pm for 7.00pm) is being led by Keith Brackstone, Endurance Running Coach and High Performance Mentor at University of Bristol and Coach at Bristol & West AC. Keith has vast knowledge and experience in coaching runners from club runners to olympians. Expect a session comprising warm-up jog, drills/dynamic stretching, the main session, a cool down jog and static stretching.
