EGRC London Marathon place awarded to Jon Doyle

Emersons Green Running Club was given one entry into the London Marathon in April 2014. The Committee agreed the criteria under which the place would be awarded and invited Club Members to put themselves forward to claim the place. Only one Club Member fulfilled the full criteria which included being in receipt of a rejection letter from the 2014 London Marathon and the lucky recipient, Jon Doyle was announced at the EGRC Christmas Party yesterday (6th December). Congratulations Jon, time to start the training...!
