Welcome to Emersons Green Running Club
Emersons Green Running Club (EGRC) was founded in the Summer of 2012 and is based in Emersons Green, a residential area on the northern outskirts of Bristol, sitting between Mangotsfield, Downend and Pucklechurch.
We are affiliated to England Athletics (EA), The Association of Running Clubs (ARC) and Avon Athletics Association (AAA).
The Club is already catering for over 120 members and has regular attendances on the main Thursday "Club Night" averaging in the mid-thirties.
In 2013 we created "Up and Coming Runners", a group for new runners or those looking to return to fitness. See the Up and Coming Runners page for more details.
Emersons Green Running Club was created with the intention of providing a running club environment to the residents of Emersons Green and beyond; you don't have to be from Emersons Green to join us....... we welcome anyone!
We meet every Thursday at the Pomphrey Hill Pavilion (changing rooms) in Mangotsfield BS16 9NF.
Please arrive at 6.45pm for a run/jog at 7.00pm.
NB: Non-members are welcome to join us and are charged just £1 for each Club run they attend. For more details, go to The Club page.
