Discover how to create smooth, dynamic movement by leading linear sacadas into the back cross (fifth-step position) and exploring elegant changes of direction from this versatile moment. We'll focus on timing, precision, partner connection, and efficient body mechanics to make these transitions feel effortless and musical. Perfect for dancers looking to expand their vocabulary while improving the flow and adaptability of their social dancing.

Stay after class for a guided práctica with light refreshments from 3:00 - 5:30PM

Cost: 

Class $25, Práctica $10, or $5 with class attendance (cash or Venmo at the door; no pre-registration required)

Sunday Práctica in Severna Park:

Every Sunday we hold a welcoming, guided Práctica in Severna Park, with light snacks and refreshments. All levels, styles and role choices are welcome. DJ may vary from week to week. Occasional breaks in the weekly práctica DO take place. Always confirm the schedule on THIS PAGE. If it's your first time at the Práctica, say hi to one of our team members, Aja, Sasha, Baird or Debbie.
