Elastic Embrace: Creating Space Without Losing Connection

Exploring elasticity in the embrace… how to expand and compress the connection to create space for movement while maintaining communication, comfort, and connection throughout the dance.

The class costs $25 and is followed by practica with music by Guillermo Elkouss and light refreshments.

Sunday Práctica in Severna Park:

Every Sunday we hold a welcoming, guided Práctica in Severna Park, with light snacks and refreshments. All levels, styles and role choices are welcome. DJ may vary from week to week. Occasional breaks in the weekly práctica DO take place. Always confirm the schedule on THIS PAGE. If it's your first time at the Práctica, say hi to one of our team members, Aja, Sasha, Baird or Debbie.

$10 or $5 if you have taken one of the classes prior to the práctica.
