DC Tango Orchestra

The DC Tango Orchestra invites you to our next instance of our Tango Jam series at VFW!

Embark in a musical tango journey in an all-inclusive and welcoming space.  Whether you play a musical instrument or dance or just want to enjoy good company, our free Tango Jam has something for you.  And it all happens at VFW Hall in Wheaton, Maryland.

All levels of skill (as musicians or dancers) are welcome as we are looking to continue building our community.  Entry into the event is completely free, although donations for the orchestra and/or the dance instructors are welcome.  Contributions of food for potluck are both welcome and encouraged!

This particular instance of our series will include a Tango dance lesson by Diego Lanau and Alejandra Saravia.

The VFW Hall in Wheaton features a small bar with very affordable drinks and a lovely hardwood dance floor.

Our next Tango Jam will be on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
