Yield: Just over 1 pound
Ingredients
1 pound Vegan ground meat
1 Egg
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1 Tablespoon Oregano
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Portion as desired
Meatballs:
2 ounce portions
Burger Patty:
1/4 pound
Plan ground for lasagna meat:

Meatloaf:
Add 1/4 cup ketchup per pound and place in mini loaf tin.
