Peanut butter 2 cups
When weighing using plastic wrap to make emptying the cup easier
Granulated Sugar ¾ cup
Brown Sugar ¼ cup
Eggs, whole 2 each
Salt ¼ Teaspoon
Vanilla ½ Teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Spoon out a press with for in desired size.
- Bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes (scoop size of 2 ounces).
- The cookies will puff up and become light golden brown on the bottom.
- Pull out when they are that just done, you have a carryover baking (3-5min).
- OMIT: vanilla, salt, use only granulated sugar. If desired.
