Ingredients
- 12 Ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cups All-purpose flour
- 4 ounces Butter, cold, shredded
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- 10 Ounces Water, cold
Cooking Directions
- Mix first four ingredients in a food processor until well blend. If you do not have a processor you can use a mixer with a paddle attachment.
- Add water slowly until the dough comes together. It will be stiff and that is okay. You do not want it sticky, you may not need all the water.
- Roll out 1/4 of the batch at a time, as thin as a piece of paper.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Rotate half way through. Look for lightly brown coloring.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or storage. Once cool the crackers will be crispy.
