Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
 - 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
 - 1/4 cup Sugar
 - 2 teaspoon Salt
 - 4 ounces/ 1/2 stick Butter, cold and grated
 - 1 each Lemon, zested, & juiced
 - 1 each Egg
 
Cooking Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
 - Add in lemon zest.
 - Take butter and mix in to dry mix until the blend looks mealy. This is called cutting in.
 - Gently fold in flavor ingredients depending on you taste.
 - Add in egg, then cream until to dough just comes together, much like a biscuit. You may Not USE ALL of the cream, or you may need more depending on moisture.
 - Press dough to 1" thick and cut as desired. I use a 1/4 sheet pan to make shaping into triangles easier.
 - Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. You will see the edges get slightly brown and pull from the oven.
