Bacon Beet Chips

Ingredients

2 Large beets

olive oil spray

bacon salt

sea salt

1. Pre-heat oven to 350* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with olive oil and set aside.

2. Peel the skin off of your beets and wash well. Using a mandolin slice your beets into thin chips.

3. Place your beet chips on your baking sheet and spread out. Coat tops with olive oil spray and sprinkle with bacon salt and sea salt.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crisp.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
