I. Take out the yellow cards you made in class on Friday (a menos que, tan pronto como, para que, sin que, etc.).

II. Take out the photocopy you received at the end of class on Friday. Read & follow the instructions. The purpose of this activity is simply to practice using gustar & verbs like gustar. FYI: apetecer = to appeal/ to crave

Ejemplo: Como es viernes, me apetece ir al cine con mi mejor amiga. (= I feel like going ...)

III. Read the article on the other side of your photocopy: Efectos de derrame en México sobre tortugas tardará 10 años en conocerse

• On a separate sheet of paper, create a 10-15 word glossary of key words (Spanish-English). Then write 2 sentences in Spanish naming the conditions which have harmed the sea turtles. Finally write another 3 sentences. In each one, explain specifically how the sea turtle population has been harmed.
