Yes, she wanted (& tried/ did) see it.

#3: Did they manage to buy the tickets yesterday?

Yes, they managed (succeeded, did, "got") to buy them yesterday.

#4: You said that you didn't want to buy their CD?

No, we didn't want to (nor did we try to). [Couldn't this one go either way w/ preterit or imperfect?}

#5: Did you meet Marta at the concert?

No, I already knew her.

#6: Was she able to learn the song lyrics before the concert?

No, she didn't learn them.
