My 2000 Calorie Meal Plan

Create a one day Meal plan for yourself based on the average daily recommended calories of 2000 per day. Your activity level is moderate activity 60 min per day. Carbohydrates should be approximately 45% of your total calories. Protein should be approximately 35% of your calories. Fats should be approximately 20% of your calories. You shouldn’t have more than 16g of saturated fats though.

Included in your diet should be breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 3 snacks between 100-200 calories each and all drinks including water. You can be within 100 calories of the 2000 above or below. You will need to show the items for each meal and break down the number of calories, and nutrition facts for each item to include carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and sodium. You may add other nutrition facts as well.
