You will present your project as a group. Your presentation can be done by power point or you can paste items on a poster board. If you choose to do the power point for your presentation you will just turn in your written assignment and then present from the power point.

You may dress up your project by showing examples in the form of Pictures, Map, flag, etc. Extra items will help earn more points. Each person in the group should be assigned a part of the project. You presentation will be graded based on the following criteria: Delivery, Content and Organization, and Enthusiasm and audience awareness. I will go over the details for each item in class.

You may dress according to the colors of your country for the Olympic events. Have fun with it.

The following are the due dates for your project:

3 sources per student for your information: A day: _________ B day: _________

1st Draft: : A day: ________ B day: ________

2nd Draft: Draft must be typed. A day: ________ B day: ________

Final Project is due: A day: ________ B day: ________

Students are to turn in 3 resources citing the text, reference material, and/ or website for their written portion of the project. They are working in groups and each are expected to write their part to create the group project. This is the first part of 3 before their final is due. In order for each student to be accountable for their part of the project they must show their progress through the assignments I have given with each due date. If they do not complete the first 2 parts of the assignment they will be removed from their group and given an alternative assignment. It is only fair to the rest of the group to have things completed in a timely manner to ensure that project is completed by the due date and to assure the members of the group that progress is being made. Please contact the teacher if you have any questions.

Below is the tentative Calendar of events. We will need to adjust the schedule depending on the progress and number of days I see you during the week.
