Frisbee Golf

Day 1 & 2: We are covering throwing skills.

Day 3 & 4: Frisbee golf: understanding terms - Ace, Birdie, Bogey,Drive, Eagle, Par, Putt. Continue to practice 9 hole golf course. Fitness conditioning.

Day 5 & 6: work on throwing skills and fitness with Ultimate Frisbee.

Day 7 -10: Frisbee Golf & Fitness Conditioning:

Overview of Frisbee Golf: Each throw or stroke is counted as 1 point. The goal is to play each hole with the fewest number of strokes possible. the player with the lowest strokes for the entire course win.

Terms: Tee Throws, Lie, and throwing order, Dog Leg, penalties, course courtesy. Click on sample diagram below.

For our golf exam you will need to know terms and rules of the game. Your skills test will be based on throwing form, accuracy and distance of throws with varying degrees of difficulty.
