The HOA's policy has a $10,000 Deductible. If there's fire or water damage in your unit you may be responsible for the first $10,000 of damage. It is strongly recommended that you maintain an HO6 Personal Condo Owner policy with at least $10,000 of building coverage. That way you don't have to cover this cost out of your own pocket. Refer to your CC&R's Section 12.09 for specifics.
