Pet Rules

1. Each unit is limited to a maximum of two common household pets as long as they do not become a nuisance.

2. All dogs shall be restrained (kept on a hand-held leash) when not in resident’s homes.

3. Residents shall promptly clean up after their pets.

4. Pet owners are responsible for any noise or damages made by their animals.

5. All pets must be curbed.

6. A dog waste area has been provided at the east end of North Garland Terrace.

7. Pets are not permitted in or around the pool, spa, or clubhouse areas.
