2020 Kids Halloween Parade

This is the year the Covid-19 Pandemic closed just about everything down. Social distancing became the watchwords of the year, and the elementary schools cancelled their annual Halloween parades. The mothers in the complex organized a parade for the kids who lived here so they could still show off their costumes and do a bit of trick-or-treating.
