We have had trespassers jumping the fence and using our clubhouse. If you witness this, don't confront them yourself. Call 911 and let the police handle it.

The heat in the pool will be shut off on October 1st. The pool and spa will be closing on October 27th so they can be drained for replastering. Both the pool and the spa will be off limits during their refurbishment.
The keypad for entry into the clubhouse no longer works. However, there is a keyhole under it and your gate key will work to open the door.

Are you thinking about having a birthday party for a family member? Looking for a place to rent for your book club? Consider renting the Cherrywood Clubhouse (as long as the number of attendees does not exceed the max capacity of 50 people), with its recently updated furniture.
If you are a tenant you must have the landlord sign a declaration of responsibility. Any off-site owners are not eligible to rent out the clubhouse. The rental fee is $75 per day, plus a deposit of $150. The deposit is fully refundable so long as you return the clubhouse back properly cleaned with no garbage, and no damage to the property.
Keep in mind, the pool area is always open to all Cherrywood residents, so you cannot have exclusive use of the pool area with your event.
