IL-1αによるIκBαのリン酸化を阻害するが、TNF-αによるIκBαのリン酸化を阻害しない。

p65サブユニットのSer-38に作用することによって、TNF-αによるp65の核移行を阻害する。

リンホトキシンβによるRelBの核移行を阻害する。
