Care Delivery Improvement Toolkit

This is the home page for developing and disseminating draft training material for the ONC Clinical Decision Support for Meaningful Use (CDS4MU) project. You can learn more about the CDS4MU project here. For a more detailed introduction to this Toolkit, click here.

For more information about getting started for Regional Extension Centers (RECs), click here; for more information about getting started for providers, click here.

The purpose of the Toolkit is to:

    • Provide a comprehensive resource dedicated to Quality Improvement (QI) tools and guides for RECs and providers.

Toolkit Structure and Use

    • Each Training Unit provides specific tools and resources aimed at helping users implement the series of steps needed to achieve Stage 2 and beyond Meaningful Use targets.
    • Each Unit is divided into easy-to-walk-through modules.
    • We suggest that you go through each module in the order in which they are listed within each Unit.
    • The material was designed to build on itself. Yet each Training Unit and their respective modules are also self contained.
    • If you prefer to move more randomly through the material, you can always backtrack later to review those topics you skipped.

Toolkit Content Overview

To obtain an overview of the content in these Training Units, you can review a presentation that summarizes the material. Click here for the presentation.
