Other Fundraiser Info
· The Fine Arts Craft Fair October 27 was a success; total amount raised by Band will be confirmed and shared soon. Many thanks to the students for performing and volunteering and, of course, to the many parents who volunteered that day.
· Savers donation drive November 7 went well. We already know that we earned approximately $681 for the Band and Choir expenses for the 2020 Disney World trip. We will investigate doing the donation drive again either in Spring or Fall 2019, or, possibly, both. So, keep savin’!
· Gift checkbooks have all been paid for.
· Saturday, 2/23, is the date for Trivia Night, another 21-and-over event, will feature both student individual account and Band program account fundraising opportunities. The event will be at the Bartlett Fire Barn. Details on start time and about the event itself will be coming in the next few weeks.
· There is a possibility we will have a fundraiser prior to Easter for the sale of pies or Bundt cakes. Stay tuned for more information.
Parents interested in finding out the total of money in their student’s individual account should contact Mr. Hollaway at erichollaway@u-46.org
Spirit Wear
Orders have gone very well, and spirit wear will arrive soon. Sandy Martin will make arrangements to deliver spirit wear to parents directly in cases where the items are a surprise for students.
