Below are events and or opportunities available to us at Heritage days. Clubs need to respond to Ken Pavell (treasurer@bhsboosters.org) by Wednesday, August 31.
Volunteer Opportunities
Saturday (9/10)
· Craft Show setup 8am-10am. Help vendors bring their items from their cars to their booths (15-20 people)
· Bartlett Birthday Celebration. 10am- 1pm at Bartlett Park. Help pass out cake and prizes (20+ people)
· Festival Area (Banbury Fair) 8am-10a. Help with setup.
· Flash Mobs. Have flash mobs at various times/event during the day to draw attention to that activity or event
· Not for Profit expo 10am – 3pm at Bartlett Park. Boosters will have tent to sell memberships, apparel and other sponsorships. Clubs will also be able to fundraise for their specific activities.
Sunday (9/11)
· Bingo Setup 10am – 11am. Tent behind Banbury Fair. Set up tables, chairs and put up signs.
· Clean Up 6pm-? Help take down bingo, pack up Booster items.
· Flash Mobs. Have flash mobs at various times/event during the day to draw attention to that activity or event
Fundraising Opportunities.
Saturday (9/10)
· Concession Stand. 10am – 5pm. Sell drinks, snacks and possibly roasted corn. Profits split between clubs that work shifts.
· Dunk Tank. 11am – 4pm. Tank donated by Associated Bank. All proceeds go split between clubs that work. Shifts are 30 minutes for person in dunk tank and they must sign a waiver.
· Kids Train. 11am – 4pm. People to sell tickets and assist with riders getting on/off the ride. Tickets will be $1 and will go to the general fund to be split by all clubs as part of funding pool.
· Street Performers. 11am – 5pm. Music, Improvisation, Sketch Performances etc. Group is allowed to take donations and all funds collected go to the group performing.

· Bingo Noon- 5pm. Sign up online at Booster Website. Sell bingo cards (must be 18 or over), clear cards, call numbers, sell memberships/sponsorships.
