Good Evening BHS Band Students and Families – the Disney trip is just around the corner now! A few important reminders / notes:
- We will host an optional luggage drop off event from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, 3/27, at BHS. If you are available to drop off your luggage at this time, it will help us get a good start on the logistics.
- If you do not drop off luggage on Sunday evening, then please plan on reporting on Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. to check in your luggage at that time.
- If you do drop off luggage on Sunday, then plan on reporting between 7:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Buses depart at 9:00!
- We will use the Orchestra room to stage the luggage and the Band room for Uniforms and instruments.
- Marching band Shoes should be brought in and put in the Uniform bags.
- At luggage check in, students will be given their Disney T-shirts – one should be placed in their carry on bag (to be available for Tuesday afternoon when we arrive) and the other two should be placed in their main luggage.
- Do not forget to pack your green marching band shirts (dri-fit)
