"i know of the plan to artificially 'evolve' souls to the status of eholim - to replace the archangels and other kinds with spirit sympathetic to the ascensionist movement and loyal to the oligarchy. it is considered the next move in control. to have a truly divine army to control, spy and influence worlds of ordinary people. an army that does not require feeding or other phycical concerns to affect their performance, spies that cannot be detected or captured, 'ambassadors' that cannot be seen but if they are will be known as 'divine' and divine messengers, and whose identitiy cannot be faulted by those they are exposed to. gone would be the days when the ascended masters assumed divinity themselves. the oligarchy consider themselves to be more powerful than any definition of god, and superior to any fabled power. for they are mortal, yet hold supreme power over billions upon billions. they hold sway not only over the mortal lives of their subjects but also their soul development. more powerful than any 'god' they have not surrendered their physicallity. it only stands to reason, to them, that they should also control the divine the same way.

to determine the origins of this plan you must consider the history of the calreisan empire. and their encounter with the troitach. these telepathic people were of a particular kind, known as precognative telepaths. precognatives can communicate freely between each other. spoken language is not a barrier as it is with the common telepath. and the entire kind - the troitach - were precognative.
species and language are not barriers to communication between precognative telepaths and one of the species freely communicated with are those known on earth as the archangels. however this threat to their privacy was not appreciated. you only need look at what is written of the other species to realise that when and entire planet was occupied by precognatives that it was looked upon with disdain and they were inevitibly at risk of destruction at the whim of the eholim.
the marsians had their souls toyed with until some of them went insane. the troitach were experimented on in horrific ways to see if their telepathy could be 'removed'. the atlanteans were simply exterminated at the behest of the archangels (this is also how and when the calreisan oligarchy came to know of the existence and location of earth).
the earth people are latent precognative telepaths.
the calreisan oligarchy, having long become used to determining the fate of their mortal subjects in an ever expanding empire, and having some understanding of how souls develop and evolve, considered the reasons behind the archangels strong dislike of precognative races and determined that it could be because such a kind can be 'elevated' to eholim themselves. they reasoned that the precognative kinds could be some sort of threat to the eholim. and so were dealt with before their souls evolved to the stage where nature would lend a hand and they would find themselves faced with a natural enemy - their replacements. (the eholim kind were considered unable to evolve so it is inevitable that they would be replaced or superceded by a new generation.)
it is known that natural returns are drawn to green and growing worlds and earth is a 'young-old' world, as in despite the millenia of population by sentient life it is still capable of supporting natural life. something that must be understood and not widely known on earth is that the aura of a returned is noticible to an astral. it is the colour red. red is the colour of leadership. it is also the colour of the aura of a returned soul, presumably because they know their own path.
given on earth there is an entire population expected to develop precognative ability, a secondary plan, along with the usual assimilation process, came into play - to replace the eholim with their own army of 'divine'. this plan was formally put into place on earth in 1988.

if you read the section to do with the effects of cloning in the article "soul - evolution and development", you will see that multiple cloning - multiple lives lived in tandem with the 'birth life' - does affect the soul. the oligarchy knew the 'mechanics' of what happened to their souls as a result of cloning. that a direct clone possessed part of the soul of what it was cloned from. and that the soul will go from one to another when the clone or the one it was cloned from dies. to their viewpoint the soul is a conglomerate blob, divided amongst the direct clones of it's 'birth life' and as long as a clone lives, so does their soul stay away from the place of all souls. their souls avoid self-judgement. and they are effectively immortal, both in the physical sense through cloning and in the sense that their soul is still on a single 'life'.
the oligarchy's (or derrah diig n'eh/jah's) mistake was how they theorised that souls exposed to multiple cloning would evolve - not that it made any difference to them because they never intended to give up their physical existence. they postulated that the number of clones added to the number of lives that the soul had lived. that cloning would artificially accelerate the evolution of a soul. it doesn't. however these individuals perceive themselves as omnipotent, superior to all life, and the outcome would not affect them anyway, except in their goal to attain mastery over literally all aspects of life.

note that the channelling mentions both "a graduated increase of light within the physical body" and "an increase in the vibrationary level". the "increase in the vibrationary level is a result of d'att interference. the "graduated increase of light" refers to the "input" from clones grown and terminated, returning their soul to the original. the "gifts" is the programmed knowlege received, along with the increased number of soul lives which would presumably bring the original closer to ascension, according to what is being promoted as "soul evolution" by the ascended masters.
this is an exerpt from a weekly message (number 27, 2/5/07) by "channeller" natellie glasson, south wales - from sai baba. it is divided into two to help loading time.
"My mighty soul separates into several different souls resulting in several different personalities." this clone knows what he is and understands how direct cloning divides the soul, as per instructions handed down by the derrah diig n'eh. but before you read further i want you to go back and find the sentence beginning with "I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE ALL SEEN A PHYSICAL ROSE....". read it, and then read it again. this clone doesn't know what a rose is, but knows well that a soul is divided amongst the direct clones of the birth life, for which he uses the analogy of a rose bud and it's petals.
the plan to artificially elevate souls, at it's simplest, is -
1) to choose subjects who might be approaching the stage of becoming a returned (the assumption is that none currently are because the precognative telepathic ability is still latent in the majority of the population. however it was also considered a marker of the returned soul.)
2) initiate contact to establish if they were suitable, as in they were favourable or sympathetic to the concepts/teachings of ascensionism
3) collect dna
4) begin an extensive re-education program which included some basic understanding of how their soul would develop
5) on the basis of the initial assessment, begin an intensive cloning program which includes
a) accellerated growth program
b) comprehensive programing
c) an understanding of the 'hierachy' of the ascended masters and the functions of various offices, such as the karmic board
d) an appreciation of the 'power' they will have at the end of the program, the goal of them ascending to 'spirit' and an understanding that it will continue after the end of their programmed lives
e) clone termination
here is another channelled message from metatron, as channelled through kevin core. this website, as of jan 2009 is less than 6mths old, and it's history isn't available in the internet archive yet. individually the channelled messages are not dated so we will have to assume that they like the channeller's website, are less than 6mths old.
this is much the same message as the one above, with mention of 1988 and explainations of symptoms, this time with suggested nutritional assistance. anyone who is familiar to nutrition knows that the B group vitamins are essential for a healthy immune system.
the human immune system is dependent on the endocrine system. and all our hormones are produced in adipose tissue. again the explanation that - it's okay - but we are destroying your bodies.
but there is something evern more disturbing here. the explaination that our children, while still in their mothers' wombs, are also subject to experimentation which will INCREASE THE CHANCES OF MISCARRIAGE. not just physical, as highlighted in the box, but also subjected to the soul experiment. merely by physical interference from d'att their souls are being disturbed, hence the increased 'spiritual connection' as their spirits reach out in distress.
and finally the last underlined sentence - they ARE cloning the fetuses, beginning even before the fetus has left the womb. not only the fetus may be being experimented on. the mother may be being cloned as well, leaving her feeling disconnected from those around her as she connects on an unconscious level with her own clones.
