mega tunnels and underground bases

theres a lot of claims of underground bases interconnected by a global tunnel network. the earth isn't literally hollow it's just the tunnel work and facilities. dulce is probably the most mentioned, although people always say it's in new mexico. it isn't.

as a starting point - across the wheat belt of america (the pan-usa tunnel), crossing the ocean, under the southern border of mongolia, angling down into and across europe and then up into england. from there it basically goes straight across, angles down mid ocean, across again and rejoins the usa tunnel.

the european line forks and goes south-westwards under the arabian peninsular, south of egypt (the old tunnel actually goes steeply down across the arabian peninsual and into ethiopia), then ends up going roughly following under the mountain ranges of the african continent. it doesn't go all the way to the southern tip and stops about where the botswana, zimbabwe and south africa borders meet.

there's a branch which goes down india, crosses at an angle down into australia, goes under pine gap, travels further southwards, goes downwards into an easterly direction about where the queensland border is towards newcastle, angles more or less straight down before it gets there, past canberra under melbourne then on to the scott edmussen base (it's yet to be constructed south of canberra).

the one in the usa has a fork which basically goes southwards, followers the land bridge and goes almost down the middle of south america, and then goes to the scott edmussen base.

there's a fork of the european line which goes under the vatican.

if you look at a geographical map of africa, they ran into problems in the area where lake victoria is. there is a huge undergound reserve there, enough to water the entire continent, but because of the water demands of the underground bases and city ships, despite the logistical and engineering nightmares (even for the technology they had) they built the tunnel anyway.

i should point out that the tunnels were and are a joint human/alien venture. although the aliens involved are slaves provided for the labour.

you might have heard, some years back of the equipment some group wanted to bring in to survey deep under the sphinx? that equipment will in a lot of places on land detect the existence of these tunnels.

the three joint us military/alien bases down along the tunnel which forks from the pan-usa tunnel and goes into south america are lubbard, taos and dulce bases.

lobbard

lobbard is located almost in the middle of the state of new mexico. their focus is on xenobiology, mainly for military and commercial purposes.

taos (pronounced as 'tao')

taos is located in mexico, under zacatecas (not the town, but the region roughy north halfway between zacatecas town and torreon). taos is where tunnel building and mining equipment is stored, and extra terrestrial craft, engines etc (roswell is for artifacts and bodies only).

dulce

dulce is a huge underground pseudo-military complex built in solid rock deep underground, although the structure does jut out into the ocean. many claim it is under mexico. i contend however it is underground on the eastern borders of guatamula and honduras.

the facility has three main purposes -

1) determining the best way to program humans into accepting "living gods"

2) genome experimentation including the creation of "mutants", meaning the hybridization program

3) paranormal applications, the largest unit military applications of astral travelling.

the philadelphia experiment, or project rainbow

conspiracy theorists claim, and the us navy denies, that this was an experiment in anti-radar technology and/or invisibility. this is quoted from wikipedia online encylopedia. read it carefully, read it again then keep it in mind for what follows.

"Philadelphia Project was an alleged naval military experiment at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, sometime around October 28, 1943, in which the U.S. destroyer escort USS Eldridge was to be rendered invisible to human observers for a brief period of time. It is also referred to as Project Rainbow. The story is widely regarded as a hoax. The U.S. Navy maintains that no such experiment occurred, and furthermore, details of the story contradict facts about the Eldridge. It has nonetheless caused ripples in conspiracy theory circles, and elements of the Philadelphia Experiment are featured in other government conspiracy theories.

synopsis of the experiment

Several different, at times conflicting, versions of the purported experiment have circulated over the years. The following synopsis serves to illustrate key story points common to the majority of accounts.

According to some accounts, the experiment was conducted by a Dr. Franklin Reno (or Rinehart) as a military application of a Unified Field Theory, a term coined by Einstein. The Unified Field Theory postulates the interrelated nature of the forces that comprise electromagnetic radiation and gravity, although to date no single theory has emerged with a viable mathematical expression. Through a special application of some version of the theory, it was thought possible, with specialized equipment and sufficient energy, to bend light around an object in such a way as to render it essentially invisible to observers. The Navy, which was engaged in World War II at the time, considered this application of the theory to be of obvious military value and approved and sponsored the experiment. A destroyer escort, the USS Eldridge, was allegedly fitted with the required equipment at the naval yards in Philadelphia.

The equipment was further alleged not to have properly been re-calibrated to this end, but in spite of this, the experiment was performed again on October 28. This time, Eldridge is alleged to have not only become almost entirely invisible to the naked eye, but actually vanished from the area in a flash of blue light. However, the U.S. naval base at Norfolk, Virginia, just over 215 miles (346 km) away, is alleged to have reported sighting the Eldridge offshore, whereupon the Eldridge vanished from their sight and reappeared in Philadelphia at the site it had originally occupied, in an apparent case of accidental teleportation.

The alleged physiological effects of the experiment on the crew were profound: almost all of the crew were violently ill. Some were alleged to have suffered from mental illness as a result of their experience; behavior consistent with schizophrenia is described in other accounts. Still other members, like Jacob D. Murray, were physically unaccounted for — supposedly “vanished” — and five of the crew were allegedly fused to the metal bulkhead or deck of the ship. Still others were said to fade in and out of sight. Sometimes they would disappear, then crewmates would stick their hands into the spot they had disappeared and try to grab the crewmate, but, if they did not, that spot would burst into flames. Horrified by these results, Navy officials immediately canceled the experiment. All of the surviving crew involved were discharged; in some accounts, brainwashing techniques were employed in an attempt to make the remaining crew members lose their memories concerning the details of their experience.

scientific aspects

Albert Einstein never fully developed his Unified Field Theory, and no consistent UFT or gravity-electromagnetism link has since come forth from the scientific community. Though Nikola Tesla claimed to have completed a Unified Field Theory shortly before his death in 1943, his theories on electromagnetism's power to distort space and time were never published. Conspiracy theorists propose that much of Tesla's research papers were seized by the FBI promptly following his death, and highlight the apparent coincidence between the year of his death and the supposed date of the Philadelphia Experiment.

More recent research, such as at Duke University demonstrates clearly that, even in 2006, the scientific community was far from attaining the level of technology required to render invisible an object the size of a naval destroyer. "

well, let's look at the history of the ship. not only were the crew disbanded, all evidence disappeared, and silence drop like thunder, that the destroyer involved enjoyed the shortest active history in the united states navy. from commissioning to decomissioning it was in service for all of three years.

there is no official record of the service of the eldridge between the day it was launched in jul 25 1943 and it's first active duty in jan 4 1944.

"She was launched on 25 July 1943, sponsored by Mrs. John Eldridge, Jr., widow of Lieutenant Commander Eldridge, and commissioned on 27 August 1943 with Lieutenant C. R. Hamilton, USNR, in command.

Between 4 January 1944 and 9 May 1945, Eldridge sailed on the vital task of escorting to the Mediterranean Sea men and materials to support Allied operations in North Africa and on into southern Europe. She made nine voyages to deliver convoys safely to Casablanca, Bizerte, and Oran."

so, for 5 1/2 months from 25 july 1943 what was this ship doing?? it was commissioned on 27 august 1943. the experiment took place on october 28 1943. and the entire ship, project and crew kept upder wraps until january 4 1944. what happened? and what went so badly wrong that it took 2 months to clean up?

i dont think it was an invisibility experiment. einsteins unified theory wasn't about bending light around an object - it was about bending space. i think the eldridge was a failed (if you count it in human cost, which paranoid governments do not) or successful (if you count it in terms that the ship actually did it) experiment in warp state motion.

eye witness accounts are thin on the ground. and successive american governments long ago made it a specialty of hiding the truth in fiction. some might say artists. the is even an official wording for it - plausible deniability.

searching across the internet, this is the bones of what seems to be agreed upon -

"Four hours later it returned to its original place. There was a ** greenish haze ** on deck. Some of the sailors were on fire. Some seemed insane. All were sick. Some had heart attacks. Some were dead. Some were part of the super structure of the ship, buried in the deck or walls of the ship. Some reports said that men just seemed to disappear and were never seen again."

where was it for 4 hours?.... and what was it that the destroyer passed through which caused molecular instablility? lead is the weakness of all warp state technology. was there a buoy with metal in its structure? maybe it was the lead based marine paint. what happened to those men - bodies in bulkheads - is exactly what happens when something in warp state passes through a lead object in dern. the invention of the car, and the leadbased petrol it ran on, is the reason for the reduced ascended master activity from about 1900 to 2000 in major population centers of europe, england and america.

here's another thought for you - given how i described what a craft in warp or d'att state would appear if seen by the naked eye (difficult except in certain light conditions and with say perhaps 20/22 or better vision (one eye has to be sharper than the other), well that would explain the other name given to the project, wouldn't it? - project 'rainbow'.

just where/how did they develop the technology when einstein and tesla barely got their theories off the ground? salvaged alien space craft. obviously, though, these valuable artifacts were not to be used in any risky experiment. destroyers and men to crew them are much more expendable.

HAARP

the public patent (number 4686605, lodged by raytheon, the 5th largest american defence contractor), was titled "a method and apparatus for altering a region of the earth's atmosphere, ionisphere (where the ozone layer is), and magnetosphere", and claimed the following uses - cause total disruption of all forms of communications over a very large portion of the earth; missile or aircraft destruction, deflection or confusion; **weather modification by altering solar absorbtion (ie THE OZONE LAYER)** ALSO **altering the composition of the atmosphere**. this patent was classied by the navy under a national security order in 1987.

the patents office now records APTI Inc as being the lodger of the patent. still, they aren't exactly trying to smooth over the effects with this little number -

"method and apparatus for altering a region in hte atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere...

a method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region which normally exists above the earth's surface. the region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density"

can anyone tell me whether steam has a increased or DECREASED density compared to water? i've forgotten what happened the last time i boiled water, but i imagine that the same would have happened to the atmosphere. can anyone say "hold your breath"? because when this baby was switched on, we LOST part of our atmospheric volume - shot of into outerspace as they were superheated by the haarp beam.

so why is this so evident in the ionosphere? because we have a unique blanket of heavy molecules - the ozone layer and while they measurably flowed into the heavily thinned area (eventually) the difference in volume was obvious. and the consequences should be obvious, as well. overall, our ozone layer is now thinner than it was in 1980 - not because of some fabricated 'greenhouse' effect - but because the us military litterally shot our life blanket off into space.

up in the mountains the air is thinner (ie less oxygen) and the tree-line is slipping lower as the trees furtherest up die. mountain people find it harder to breath. and while atmospheric readings (both past and present) can be faked, dead trees don't lie.

the other consequences are also obvious, even though not publically investigated or connected. our major weather systems, or our global climate, is affected by the trade winds. these constantly flowing air currents do huge circuits across the surface of the earth, upward into the upper atmosphere, back in the reverse direction before flowing downwards to the surface once more.

the trade winds are now flowing faster. with less atmospheric volume the time it takes for one circuit is shorter. the global weather patterns they affect, such as the monsoons, cyclone and hurricane seasons are now more violent, and more extreme. deserts, with the air currents pushed faster, are hotter. the very air is drier.

.... yet no-one has connected this to the use of the haarp. AND EVERY TIME IT IS SWITCHED ON IT WILL GET WORSE. they are killing our world, and blaming on "natural global cycles" or the so-called "greenhouse effect".

however in a roundabout way, and quite 'legitimately', it seems that it is still raytheon that owns it...

ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company, one of the biggest oil companies in the world. APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June 1994. E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world -- doing work for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations and others. $1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organizations, with $800 million for black projects -- projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent.

E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, which is one of the 5th largest defense contractors in the world.

know, those of you who read this, that a haarp device set in a space facility was focused on the surface of a planet far from yours from above it's atmosphere. this demonstrative test was performed at around 11pm on the night of sunday 16 august, 2009, your earth's time.

you know the devastating effects upon the atmosphere of your world - the air you breath and the climate of your world. now know what beaming it's devastation from space onto the surface that planet did when it was used in d'att state - it's beam cooked the brain of every sentient being and animal that passed under it's gaze. the life of a small continent is dead - it's people and animals, murdered.

understand people of earth that while the technological development of devastation may be inevitable, it's use is not. and one day i hope to know that the murder of millions is faced by those that justice should hold accountable. there is no place in the universe for such devastation. unfortunately, at this time, i hold little faith that the word 'justice' has any meaning in the universe.

i also want you to know the reason behind it's use in such circumstances. for while it was placed on the orb ship as the ultimate weapon of threat, it's use in this case was far more sickening. it was demonstrated in this way - upon a verdant world whose dominant life did not know mechanical flight - in order to prove it's effectiveness at "clearing" all sentient and animal life in preparation for moving some of the populations now living in city ships onto "new", "uninhabited" worlds, without destruction or damage to the planet's surface or resources.

flight 93 - taking no chances

mystery should surround the flight path and fate of united airlines flight 93. instead it's been quietly explained away and very much forgotten in light of what happened to the two succssfully hijacked flights.

the 8:01am flight 93 did not leave the ground until 8:42am. ABC News later reports that because NORAD is "conducting training exercises [it] therefore [has] extra fighter planes on alert." [ABC News, 9/14/02] Colonel Robert Marr, in charge of NEADS, said, "We had the fighters with a little more gas on board. A few more weapons on board." [ABC News, 9/11/02]. At that time, Lt. Col. Dawne Deskins and other NORAD employees at NEADS (NORAD's Northeast Air Defense Sector that covers the Washington and New York areas) passed their 2nd hour of the second, third, or fourth day of the exercise (conflicting reports) of a week-long semiannual exercise called Vigilant Guardian. Also on that morning, John Fulton, Chief of the Strategic War Gaming Division of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and his team at the CIA, were running a pre-planned simulation exercise "in which a small corporate jet crashed into one of the four towers at the agency's headquarters". the cia headquarters were in building 7 of the world trade center. building 7 is not in the actual wtc precinct. it is on the block next to it, yet somehow literally hours after the twin towers fell, it managed to burn and collapse.

flight 11 also left 14 minutes late, leaving at 7:59am. it's scheduled departure time as 7:45am, but this isn't noted in too many places, is it?... flight 43 actually left on time, at its scheduled departure time of 8:10am....

this is the military fighter which matches the description - the tacit blue. this little baby was publically displayed for the first time in 1996, over a decade after it was built. **officially** there is only one, officially it was never armed. no doubt unofficially, if this wasn't the one, then there is a next generation design already built and kept very discreetly armed and ready, and just as radar invisible as the tacit blue. another other part of the mystery is the flight path.

look at the flight path. transcontinental flight 93 was headed for the west coast, when it altered course. at the same time the other two put out their distress calls, another was heard - a report that hijackers were on board. go with this assumption: they were overpowered and all focus was on the other two planes. but due radio traffic, the indenity of the airliner went unknown, or rather mistaken. two flights headed for cleveland as instructed. the other flight, which also had the same call-sign went to cleveland, even though the pilot said everything was all right, at the insistence of paniced authorities. flight 1989 reached cleveland airport first, and it was shut down, all other flights being diverted. the second which reported to cleveland tower that there was a hijack disturbance on board was told to land at torledo's airport. that is the one unmarked, but directly south of cleveland.

torledo was already filled, and with aircraft being grounded in barely controlled panic by the industry, flight 93 was still in the air. the pilot then made the desision to fly back. given it's capacity and possibly following scrambled instructions, it went to the largest airport on the west coast other than were it left - washington. it was on a direct path, until the skys over stony creek. there it alters it's course. if you take a ruler, the initial course correction takes it straight to delaware airport, large, military. with a fighter plane, even an unusual looking one, at it's wing, the commercial pilot was probably more relieved than worried. til it opened fire. the blast destroyed one turbine. and the plane, still fuel laden, was turned violently and began a decent nobody should have to witness, victim to one of the darkest secrets in military and aviation history in the world.
