Program

Tentative program is available here. (Sorry it is partly written in Japanese). We still have some slots for additional talks.

To offer a talk...

Send your title and abstract to algi-lectures@etl.go.jp ; we do not referee offered talks, though we may have to ask you to postpone the talk till next seminar, due to the lack of slots.

We accept offers for lectures until just before the seminar will begin, though we will make a tentative program a week before.

If you wish a room in the Guest House...

Rooms in the Guest House, called Kenkyu-Kyoryoku-center, (address: 1-1-4 Higashi, Tsukuba-shi Ibaraki, 305) are available; 1,700 yen for a night without meal in a single room; 2,200 yen for a night withough meal in a twin room.

To ask for a room, send the following informations to algi-accommodation@etl.go.jp The deadline is 12 July (Wed)

    1. Your name

    2. Age

    3. Affiliation and phone number

    4. Single or Twin

    5. Date (arrival and departure)

Even if you apply for a room after the deadline, we will try to reserve a room, but then, you are in high danger of rejected because of non vacancy, in which case we can arrange a room in a hotel (5,000-8,000 yen per night, without meal) if you wish.

We will send you a confirmation as soon as we get an application from you; so please contact us through phone (0298-58-5183), fax (0298-58-5184) or postal mail (ALGI seminar, c/o Cooperative Architecture Section, Electrotechnical Laboratory, 1-1-4 Umezono, Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki 305) if you do not get a confirmation in 2 working days after you send your application. We have to warn you that our mail system is not steady.
