Practical Information

Lodging: All outside participants who requested a hotel room should have received an e-mail, confirming their hotel reservation, either in the Nathan Hale Inn, or the Best Western Regent Inn in Mansfield. Your stay at the Nathan Hale Inn does not include breakfast; instead there will be a simple catered breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning in the Lobby next to the lecture halls. (Guests staying at the Best Western have breakfast included, but are also welcome to join the common breakfast, as well as all other participants.)

Location: On Friday, the registration and the first talk will take place in the Young Building, room YNG 100. All other talks, coffee breaks, breakfast, and the poster session will take place in the Biology Physics building (BPB, formerly BSP). Please have a look at our google map.

Parking: For Friday, Parking Lot 4 is directly next to the Young Building, and is free after 4pm. The Nathan Hale Inn has free parking for all participants staying there. For Saturday/Sunday, the F/S lot offers free parking and is a very short walk away from BPB - to find it, follow signs to the "North Parking Garage", then park in the area right opposite the parking garage.

Wireless: All participants will have free wireless at their hotel. If you filled out the wireless request form, you should have received an e-mail with additional instructions for setting up an account.

Travel reimbursement: We will distribute travel reimbursements form at the conference (you can also download, print and fill it out before you come). In case you have all your receipts, you can turn it in right away during the conference. Permanent residents will need a copy of their green card. Foreign nationals will need a copy of their passport (picture page), of their VISA, and of their current I-94.

Information Flyer: You can print out our one-page flyer including the schedule, the most important information, and a small map.
