Case Description
The policy is uploaded but not linked to the Dubai traffic file.
The customer wishes to register their vehicle in Dubai but lacks a Dubai TC number.
Resolution Steps
Gather Customer Information:
Request the customer’s registered phone number.
Access the Admin Panel:
Navigate to ADP Responses Report.
Search for Responses:
Use the Emirates ID (EID) provided by the customer to search for relevant records.
Review Traffic File Details:
Select Get Traffic Profile Service from the dropdown menu.
Validate the Traffic File Number in the ADP response with the customer.
For Customers Without a Dubai TC Number:
If the customer wishes to register their vehicle in Dubai but does not have a Dubai TC number:
Advise the customer to approach the RTA to open a traffic file.
Request the customer to send a screenshot of their RTA app showing their Dubai Traffic File Number to support@shory.com.
Escalate the Case:
Once the customer has provided their Dubai TC number, forward the case to the L2 Team for further processing.
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Let me check that for you right now. If you wish to register your vehicle in Dubai, you’ll need to open a traffic file with the RTA. Once you’ve obtained your Dubai Traffic Code number, please share it with us for further assistance."
