a. Shory Aber Overview:
UAE Aber is a separate insurance app from Shory, specifically designed to allow customers from outside of the UAE to obtain entry permit car insurance for the UAE.
b. Car Details Requirement:
Customers will need to input their car details into the app to receive quotes.
c. Coverage Provided:
Only Third-Party Liability Insurance is available for customers bringing their cars into the UAE.
d. Insurance Providers:
The service is launching with three insurance providers:
Salama Insurance
Dubai Insurance
Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company
e. Payment and Policy Issuance:
Customers can make payments online via the app and receive their instant policies.
f. Proof of Insurance:
The QR code on the purchased insurance policy must be used as proof of insurance.
g. No Account Creation:
No account creation is required for customers to purchase the insurance.
h. UAE Aber Representatives Availability:
UAE Aber representatives are available 24/7 at the UAE entrance from KSA.
i. Policy Cancellation and Refunds:
Policies can be canceled and fully refunded only through the contact center before the policy start date.
