Aber Policy Purchase

Case Description:
A customer asks about the steps for purchasing insurance to bring their car from outside of the UAE and drive within the UAE.

General Verbiage:
"Sure! I will be walking you through the steps to help you purchase your insurance policy."

Resolution Steps:

1. Initial Inquiry:
   Ask the customer if they need assistance with purchasing their insurance policy.

2. Offer Assistance:
   Offer to walk the customer through the steps while the ambassador is on the line.

3. Provide the Following Steps (If Customer Agrees):
   a. Go to the App:
   Ask the customer to go to the app menu and select the Get Quote option.
   
   

b. Select Vehicle Type:
Have the customer select their vehicle type from the options provided.

c. Select Country of Origin:
Have the customer select the country from which they are bringing the car into the UAE.

d. Add Vehicle Information:
Advise the customer to add their car plate number and select the appropriate plate type.

e. Select Policy Duration and Start Date:
Educate the customer on selecting their preferred policy duration and policy start date, then instruct them to click Get Quotes.

f. Review Available Policies:
Have the customer review the available Third-Party Liability (TPL) policies and select the one they wish to proceed with.

g. Upload License Photos:
Advise the customer to upload front and back photos of their driving license (requirements may vary depending on the country of origin), and submit the photos.

h. Enter Personal Details:
The customer should fill in their personal details and click Continue.

i. Complete OTP Verification:
The customer will receive an OTP and should complete this step as soon as they receive the message.

j. Review Policy Summary:
The customer should now review the policy summary, check the declaration box, and review the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy before proceeding to checkout.

k. Complete Payment:
The customer can now complete the payment step on their own.

l. Second Authentication:
The customer is required to complete a second-step authentication.

m. Policy Review:
The customer can now review their policy details.

n. Save the QR Code:
Advise the customer to save the QR code to be used at the UAE entrance for proof of insurance.
