The customer requests a copy of his policy.
General Verbiage:
I can definitely help you with that. I’ll be sending a copy of your policy to the email address you’ve used to create your Shory account.
Resolution Steps:
Ask the customer to provide the registered Mobile number on Shory
Access Admin Portal > Customer Profile > Customers List
Locate the customer by searching using the Mobile number
Click on the customer Email link to access the customer's details
Access the policy with the hyperlink on Policy number
Confirm with the customer his Email ID
Click on the Send Policy to the customer
Click on Confirm
If the Customer is asking for the original policy copy (Physical copy), Advise the customer to visit the nearest IC branch to get it, additionally, you can provide the customer with the available IC details (number/nearest address) as available on the IC website.
