Adding new corporate schemes

Case Description

A customer calls on behalf of a company requesting to add their organization to the corporate schemes available on our platform.

Resolution Steps

1. Gather Required Details

Ask the caller to provide the following information:

• Organization Name (English)

• Organization Name (Arabic)

• Company Type
  (Government, Private, Bank, Semi-Government)

• Contact Person Name
  (Must be someone from the HR or Compensation & Benefits department)

• Contact Person’s Phone Number

• Number of Employees

2. Determine Discount Application Method

Ask the caller:
“Would you like the discount to be applied based on your company domain (using employees’ work email addresses), or based on employees’ Emirates ID numbers (EIDs)?”

• If they choose company domain: No further data needed at this stage.

• If they choose EID-based: Ask them to share a list of the EIDs they want the discount applied to.
  
  

3. Email Submission

Send an email with all the collected details to:

Copy the following recipients:

• motorops@shory.com

• aabdelghany@shory.com

• eglenn@shory.com
  
  

Note:
if private company its only applicable if it has 50+ employees
For government company's  its applicable even if its under 50 employees

4. Advise the Caller

Inform the caller that the turnaround time (TAT) to process and activate the corporate scheme, including onboarding insurance partners, is 7 business days.

   • Number of Employees

   • Send an email with the details provided by the caller to eglenn@shory.com.

   • Copy the following recipients on the email:

     • motorops@shory.com

     • aabdelghany@shory.com

     • mbassally@shory.com

3. Advise the Caller

   • Inform the caller that the turnaround time (TAT) for adding the corporate scheme and onboarding the participating insurance companies is 7 business days.
